Apartment Review for The Lenox Club - Arlington, VA

I have lived in this building for over 15 years. I consider it my home and have enjoyed living here. I've seen management come and go, but current management leaves a lot to be desired. The service staff is still great, and they do a great job keeping the building safe and clean. In contrast, CURRENT management does not keep its books organized and frequently sends out notices of overdue rent when rent has been paid. You will also get no concessions or consideration as a long term renter. They don't consider it your "Home" but instead treatlong term renters as if they don't know you or your history living there. They don't notify changes in policy or other property changes. The management is the worst I've seen since I've lived here.
