Loved living here, but noise level can be loud

This apartment has a condo feel to it - professional neighbors, great location, underground parking...but pick the top floor if you can handle the steps. Noise from neighbors above was loud and you can hear water in the pipes from all sides. So, for those of you who don't care about noise, I recommend it 100%!  Need to rent an apartment?
