Apartment Review for Arlington Courthouse Place - Arlington, VA

I moved into these apartments a few months ago, and while the building is nice and I have no complaints about my apartment itself, I have had terrible experiences with the staff/management. Someone clearly entered my apartment during the day while I was not there, for no reason and with no notice, which is not permitted according to my contract. I went to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager, hoping to obtain some sort of explanation. Despite the fact that I was very polite, I was treated with disdain, contempt, and utter rudeness. When I expressed my concern that someone had entered our apartment without notice or authorization, my concerns were dismissed by the manager without checking any records or asking anyone else if they had entered our apartment. Separately, when I asked for clarification about a policy in my lease, I was again treated with zero respect by the management. They completely dismissed me and would not discuss it. It should not be too much to ask to at least be given basic courtesy by the staff and management where I live. On a positive note, we have had to ask for service requests twice, and they have both been fixed very promptly. However, due to the terrible way in which I've been treated, and my privacy violated, I will certainly NOT be renewing my lease.
