Apartment Review for Aurora Hills Apts - Arlington, VA

Yes there can be a roach problem during the warmer months but after we started spraying consistently it really hasn't been a problem. The building is very old and hasn't been remodeled in YEARS. For the area however, it's a steal. Crystal city is a brief 5-10 minute walk away, complete with all the restaurants and shopping you could ever want. When you consider that most apartments in this are are outrageously priced Aurora Hills isn't that bad. They try their best to keep maintenance up but it can take a couple days. The water heater tends to act up as well. Parking can be difficult after 7-8pm or so, but there's plenty of off-street spots you can take advantage of (just make sure you move it in the morning, as they are parking meters). The neighborhood is really nice with several parks all 5 miles or less away. It's the perfect transition apartment.
