Apartment Review for Avalon At Ballston Washington Towers - Arlington, VA

1) On a walk near the apartment, saw man with pants down on park bench. 2) Parking ok for residents with one car. Restrictive for guests. 3) Appearance is fine. 4) Office staff have become less helpful over the past few years. They become belligerent when challenged, especially over carrying items through front door when loading dock is booked, and booking loading dock. 5) Maintenance is centralized and poor. One guy is great, the rest are unhelpful. 6) Unit condition is unimpressive for price 7) Noise level is loud. Often can hear things like beer pong and drinking games, disappointing for a community of mostly young professionals. 8) DO NOT MOVE HERE.
