Apartment Review for Ballston Court - Arlington, VA

The management is often unavailable and unresponsive to requests by the tenets. Four different times over the course of living here (for one year) they had exterminations for which they gave us less than 24 hours notice. Finally, both me and my roommate had our cars towed from the parking lot. My roommate had a temporary parking permit on a car she was parking there for less than a week. The permit had been expired for one day and the management had the car towed. When I was moving out, I was using a borrowed truck. I had loaded nearly all of my belongings into the truck. Stepped back inside for less than five minutes and come back to find that the truck had been towed. It cost me $115 to get the truck back. So far, they have refused to give me my money back. Do not live here.
