Apartment Review for Buchanan House Parking - Arlington, VA

I lived in the Buchanan for 3 years. The people who work there - especially those in the leasing office are awful. During my time there, the quality of people working there kept decreasing. Everytime i had to deal with them i got attitude and the main manager there is mean and rude. I would never recommend anyone to live in the Buchanan. I finally had to move because I couldn't stand it there anymore. I have heard similar things from my friends who live in the building. In addition, Archstone- Smith is a greedy management company. One year my cost of living there increased by 20%. They will always take advantage of their tenants whenever possible - they will not take care of you. DO NOT LIVE THERE!
