Apartment Review for Crystal Houses - Arlington, VA

There are many apartment buildings to choose from in Crystal City. I found Crystal Houses to be among the lower in rent while offering better benefits. I have never had a problem finding parking, although only providing one free space per apartment seems a bit unfair, but they do offer additional spaces for a fee (both indoor and outdoor). Guests have never had a problem, but make sure you get a parking pass or they will tow. The apartments are large and I hardly ever hear my neighbors. The staff is friendly. Maintenance is relatively prompt. I'm not a fan of the dryers in the laundry room, but otherwise a great place, great location, but as always I wish the rent were cheaper.
