Apartment Review for Dittmar Company - Arlington, VA

Pretty safe. The Courthouse is nearby, lots of police. Not much visitor parking. The underground parking is pretty tight. Someone stole things from my parent's car. The place looks great, it has an escalator in the lobby which gives it a hotel type of feel to it. Office staff are great, I am not 100% sure but it seems to be 24/7 Maintenance crew are responsive, if they fail to fix it, they'll replace the whole unit (washing machine and refrigerator) The 2 units I've been in are both very nice condition. The plumbing works, the walls are solid the a/c and heater works. Occasionally music can be heard from the other side of the walls. Kids are running in the hallways due to poor parenting. This place overall is awesome. I can't afford to live there, but my parents can. I lived with them for a year before moving due to work. They've been living there for maybe 6-8 years. Positive reviews are generally useless as they don't describe the potential issues you may experience if you move in. I apologize that I haven't found many problems with this place.
