Apartment Review for Dolley Madison Towers - Arlington, VA

The apartments are okay but the people who work there are very rude and lied on several occassions when we tried to move up to a 3 bedroom apartment. They first told us we would be put on a list for the first available 3 bedroom. Friends of our's looked into the apt recently and got the 3 bedroom apartment that we were promised...any several other new applicants got 3 bedroom apartments as we sat and waited, thinking we were going to get a 3 bedroom soon. Then everytime we called to see if they had any available, they said "Sure come on down" and we'd get there and they'd say "No we don't. Someone's name has already been put on it" Their attitudes just made the place a miserable building to have to put up with.
