Apartment Review for Dominion Towers - Arlington, VA

There are a couple of things I don't like: 1) The leasing office staff: it sucks. The girls are always in bad mood and are not diligent. 2) The management is trying to improve elevator and hallways and residents never care about new paint projects going on; 3) There is no security cams. We should have a 24 hours guard on site.; 4) The management should provide tenants with at least one parking permit for visitors that last for a month, that will make tenants stop visiting the leasing office every four days to renew their visitor's passes. In overall, I haven't experienced major things. I live on the top floor, no noise, great view, my hallway doesn't smell and elevators are always working. There was only one time that due to a storm the whole community and nearby buildings lost power, and of course, there were no elevators...but I am happy and I think I 'll be renewing my lease for the following years. The maintenance guys are quite resposible and nice people...always are very helpful and they make themselves available all the time. I will recommend this building among others.
