Apartment Review for Fillmore Garden Apartments - Arlington, VA

We live in a small, 2 bedroom apartment. Reasonable rent for Arlington and the management is nice. The appliances are old and in poor working condition. The walls are peeling due to being painted many times and none of the interior doors latch or even close for that matter. We have an insect problem whenever it rains. The walls must be thin, as we can hear everything our neighbors do and they are not loud people. We can smell everything the neighbors cook (even in our bedroom).
