Apartment Review for Lenox Club - Arlington, VA

I realize that personal experience tends to color people's opinions of the place they live, which may account for the widely fluctuating reviews of the Lenox Club. However, I & my wife have absolutely loved this apartment and are only moving out because we have bought a new house. The reasons for our strong recommendation - 1. Great location - about 2 mi from the National mall 2. Amazing monument & city views from many apartments and the party room & deck 3. Very nice ameneties including an indoor swimming pool & hot tub - something that I have not seen in any other community in this area 4. Lots of underground parking 5. Very good front office & management staff 6. Safe & fun to live in, with many parties throughout the year. 7. Very well maintained. It does have some of the downsides of an old building such as common heating & cooling which means some period of discomfort when the weather changes, but we feel it is a small price to pay. Usually I do not bother to write reviews, but wanted to make an exception in this case in order to share our experience with potential renters.
