Apartment Review
If you want to be abused by management, move here

The lobby is nice and the apartments themselves are nice. Don't let this fool you though. Every aspect of this apartment is ruled over by totalitarian like policies by the management. They have a pool but you must pay a fee to use it. Also beware of the contract you sign. If you are late on a payment for any reason, they will not only fine you for that, but they reserve the right to enter your apartment any time they want and take your personal property if you don't pay on time. They are also very eager to evict anybody they choose regardless of proof. If your neighbors have a party but you are deemed to be tenants they would rather be rid of, they will slip a notice to vacate letter under your door. If you do not fit the mold of their "model tenant" (elderly, quiet, never a day late on rent payments) they will find any excuse to evict you for breech of contract. They will walk into your apartment when you are gone and then determine that your apartment is in breech of contract. You will then get a notice to vacate under your door citing "messy bathroom and kitchen". Additionally, if something is wrong maintenance wise, forget about them fixing it. In fact, if something is broken and you will report it, they will not only ignore your request for maintenance but they will forget about it and then blame you for the problem and either charge you for it or call it a breech of contract and evict you. Also, on the front door is a code box to enter the front door, but management doesn’t trust the tenants enough to give them the code to enter their own front door. If you ask them for the code you will get a stern “absolutely not.” In summary, under no circumstances move in to this apartment. As impressive as the lobby and apartment may seem, I swear to you that you will deeply regret it.
