Apartment Review for Merdian - Arlington, VA

I enjoy living here - stayed two, going on three years (2007). Too many party animals on weekends and loud in the courtyard BUT, even so, apartment is nice, clean, everything works and it's relatively quiet. Has a small work out room with TVs - kept up nicely. Free coffee once a week and occasional party for the tenants. Very safe. Major plus is short walk to eat, to metro, to movies. It has it all. Staff is pretty good. Parking is expensive for more than one vehicle. Just be careful about having you sticker where it should be on you car. Ours got towed once but they reimbursed us for the fee. Don't take an apartment facing the courtyard because it's noisy with your windows open.
