Apartment Review for Richard Anton - Arlington, VA

The house is in ok condition. The issue is the man who rents out the room and whom you'll have to live with. Very passive aggressive. He uses the security deposit as his "weapon" to hold against you. He'll verbally abuse you and direct his temper tantrums if everything is not his way. He seems to have forgotten that living with others requires some compromise and maturity. Good luck if you take a chance with this guy.
