Apartment Review for River Place West - Arlington, VA

Management is incompetent. Kristie Beruete is the parking manager and is totally ignorant when it comes to her job. My new car was towed and damaged due to her lack of research and inability to do her job correctly. She would not deem herself liable for the damage done to the car that resulted from her request for towing. Also, people double park quite frequently. The apartments themselves are out-of-date, in need of serious renovations, mostly in the kitchen. They smell of mothballs. The air conditioner doesn't work nearly as well as it should and is extremely obsolete. It's a gated community and ID should be checked but standing at the gate and watching, the Securitas guards let ANYONE in. "Hi, I'm dropping someone off." or "I have a delivery." or even "I forgot my key." are excuses I've seen used.
