Apartment Review for Sheffield Courts - Arlington, VA

As others have written, the only thing going for this place is the location. Front Office turnover is so fast, if you don't resolve your issue immediately. Forget it. The person you worked with probably did not leave any notes in your file, so you start again. Also, don't call the maintenance line if you need something done fast. Maintenance can't seem to complete something unless you call the front office. Took 3 weeks to get my broken faucet fixed. And of course the apartment I looked at when I first came by was nice and quiet, even on the weekend. Of course the one I get, is right off of 50 and only gets relief from 0300 - 0430. And for some odd reason, many of the tenants do not comprehend putting trash in the trash cans, not in front of the cans. But hey, if you are really tight for a spot the location is good, because the price is definately too much.
