Apartment Review for The Amelia - Arlington, VA

I have lived in many apartments and overall I think this is my favorite. It looks great from the outside, I have a great view from my balcony, and maintenance requests get filled out really fast. There are a few issues though: The residential manager (older lady) seems to have no idea what she is doing. Lucky there is a young girl who seems to have a lot of experience and makes up for the other woman's incompetence. And noise comes from the street, which is to be expected. Overall I really enjoy the place. It is right around the same price as all the other locations I looked at that were walking distance from the metro. I will be living here until I finally grow a pair and buy my own place.
