Apartment Review for The Amelia - Arlington, VA

I was probably the 2nd or 3rd person to move into this building. What convinced me to move in was the young and professional staff, and the proximity to the metro. My 1 bedroom apartment is probably around 700 sq ft. The office staff have been quick to respond to any needs that I have, and they are very attentive. I live a block away from the Virginia Square metro stop and take it to work everyday, it's great! On the first floor they also have brand new gym equipment. My only gripe is that there are no grills in or around the building, and we can't have them on our balconys.
