Apartment Review for The Crestmont - Arlington, VA

For the price tag, this is easily the best deal you'll get in all of Arlington. I'm paying $1,435 a month for my 2 bedroom (this includes utilities). The Crestmont is about a 6 minutes walk to the Rosslyn Metro station, and is located in an extremely safe area of Rosslyn (not that the crime from DC dares hike over the francis scott key bridge anyway). Each apartment gets one free parking spot, each additional costs about $100 a year. It's not the flashiest of places, but for the price (and the atmosphere of the area) you really can't complain. The office staff is amazing. Mrs. Loma, the land lord, is an amazingly genuine womanwho is always looking out for your best interest. Maintenance is great, if there's a problem they'll fix in in no time. The condition of the apartment is good, you don't get marble countertops or golden toilets but again, for the money, a great deal. The walls are thick and the noise is not a problem. Overall, the Crestmont Apartments are a steal and I consider to be the best thing I've come across since my beautiful new girlfriend (but I'll even admit this was a toss up).
