The apartments are beyond overpriced. They expect almost $2000 for a studio in a rundown area of Arlington. The building was designed and built for maximum profit. The walls are paper thin and there is construction everywhere. The front office is employed by young unexperienced employees. Do not expect anything special no matter what they try to sell you. I can not wait to move out.  Need to rent an apartment?
